street noise

it barely fit one person and a small suitcase. also the room was a bit noisy at night i could hear sounds from nearby streets even with the windows closed so sleeping soundly was difficult

I booked a room. the reception area felt more like a baggage store than a cute space. There was NO lounge. after 11 pm there was no reception staff, it was disappointing.

The television in the room had very few channels, and I found there were no English channels available. the shower's water temperature fluctuated a lot. My daughter almost got burned. it was quite unsettling. Breakfast wasn't great either. The boiled eggs were overcooked. And I saw silverfish in the teacups. I think the bread selection could be better.

a blissful escape

I found the staff helpful especially iana, anastasiia, anastasia and asem. the room upgrade was such a nice surprise after our morning arrival, easing our travel weariness. i also appreciated the assistance with a taxi issue. It showed their commitment to going above and beyond. the thoughtful breakfast service was a delight.

the shower had a tub with only a partial glass partition. water spilled onto the floor because of this design. also, the tub was quite high and deep.

The location felt wonderfully central. breakfast offered much choice. I found tasty pastries. the staff showed kindness, answering all questions with patience. i felt so welcomed and taken care of .

it made transporting luggage difficult, especially alone. this added some stress to arrivals and departures. this is an area i think they could improve.
